How does Open Dojo work?

The instructor registers the school in two minutes with a WhatsApp number, shares an enrollment link, and students or parents sign themselves up. From then on, attendance, fee tracking and events are handled from the phone, with no notebook.

First you create your school at open-dojo.com or in the app. Open Dojo gives you a public page and an enrollment link you send over WhatsApp. Each student (or parent) signs up from their own phone and is registered with a location, a schedule and a payment plan.

Then the daily routine: in Attendance you see who was expected and who came; students can also check in on their own. In Collections you see who owes, how much and since when, you record the payments you receive, and reminders go out automatically over WhatsApp. In Events you create tournaments and exams with categories and prices, and students enroll from the app.

Open Dojo does not charge your students: you receive the money as usual (cash, transfer) and Open Dojo only keeps the record.
