With Open Dojo every student has a payment plan (monthly fee, class package or pay-per-class) and a billing day. Reminders go out automatically over WhatsApp before and after the due date; you record the payments you receive and see in a second who owes, how much and since when.
Open Dojo does not collect for you or process your students' money: you keep receiving cash or transfers as always. What changes is that you no longer keep the record in a notebook or send messages one by one.
You can record partial payments, see the account statement of each student and each location, and students or parents see their own statement in the app.
