With Open Dojo you take attendance from your phone in one tap: pick the class, mark who came and you are done. Students can also check themselves in from their own phone when they arrive at the dojo, and parents can see that their child arrived.
Each class schedule has its list of expected students. The instructor opens Attendance, taps the day and marks who came. If the student has the app, they tap "Check in" on arrival and their attendance is recorded with their phone location, with no work for the instructor.
You then see, per week, how many were expected and how many came, who stopped coming, and if you charge per class or per package, attendance deducts the class automatically.
