In Open Dojo you create the event with its categories and prices, and students enroll on their own from their phone. You always have an up-to-date list of entrants, you collect with the list in hand, and when a student passes the exam their new belt is saved to their profile.
It works for tournaments, rank exams, seminars and camps. If the event is public, it is published at open-dojo.com/eventos and on your school page, with your WhatsApp contact, so students from other schools can find it.
Parents can enroll their children from their own account, and the price of each category is clear from the start.
